From the working meeting of the directors of the Provincial Public Resources Trading Supervision and Management Bureau held on the 15th, last year, based on the 2014 special rectification action, our province continued to increase its efforts to crack down on illegal bidding and other illegal activities. Supervision and management departments at all levels accepted a total of 308 complaints and reports, of which 135 illegal cases such as scoring and bidding were verified, and the amount involved was more than 900 million yuan.

According to reports, in 2015 alone, the Provincial Public Resources Trading Supervision Administration received 156 complaints and reports, an increase of 127% year-on-year. This indicates that the awareness of the protection of the rights and interests of various market entities is awakening, and on the other hand, it is also a clear sign of bidding. Illegal acts such as string bidding have become a "blocker" that hinders the province's public resource sunlight trading.

According to reports, in 2016, the province will also build a quantitative management system for bad bidding behavior and a system for publishing illegal and illegal behaviors in bidding and tendering. It will increase the disclosure of dishonesty information and build a disciplinary punishment mechanism. "Check the results", let the illegal enterprises, units and individuals "one move to break the trust, be restrained everywhere", "one punished, trapped everywhere." Up to now, the province's bidding and tendering credit system has published a total of 1,464 records of corporate bad behavior, and has received social inquiries 17,659 times.
